Your travel bag choice will depend on how you travel and how long you travel. A good, old-fashioned backpack is what I love.

For long trips, you can purchase large ones or smaller ones.

You will depend on your bag every day when you travel. You can also opt for a rolling suitcase.

Day Bag

Aside from your main backpack, you should also bring a small bag for day trips.

You can use a small bag or large purse to explore the city during the day.

Universal Travel Adaptor

Keep in mind that different countries have different electrical outlets.

Make sure you have an adaptor ready for your international trip.

A universal adaptor is a great option if you love to travel. It can be adjusted to any country around the globe.

Reusable water bottle

You can save money on the road and reduce plastic waste by packing a reusable water bottle.

Sometimes, you can only drink safe water in countries that offer it. In these cases, you may have to purchase filtered water bottled.

You can also buy a reusable water bottle with a built-in filter to clean your water.

Visas and Passport

When traveling abroad, your passport is the most important thing to bring. It is essential to ensure that your passport stays active.

Before you travel, make sure you check your visa requirements.

Although most visas can be issued these days electronically, you may need to send in your passport to get the key printed.

All the accessories you need, including a battery, charger, memory cards, and a bag, are also recommended.

One of the essential travel necessities is headphones. Podcasts and music playlists are great for long trips, especially if your solo traveler is a.

It doesn’t matter if it’s a party or a nice dinner.

You want to maximize the space in your luggage, so you only need to pack a few stylish outfits. Keep the rest of the clothes practical.

Rain Jacket

A good quality rain jacket is a travel essential. 

I find umbrellas to be bulky and inconvenient in windy weather. A nice rain jacket can keep you warm and dry on rainy days.

Hiking Boots

Invest in good-quality hiking boots if you plan to hike and connect with nature. I’ve done a few hikes in sneakers and just wished I had better shoes the whole time. 

They take up a bit of room in your bag, so only pack them if you’re an adventurous traveler who will be hiking in nature. But they’re so worth it!

Sun Protection

Even if you’re traveling somewhere cold, it’s important to have sun protection. 

A hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen are great ways to protect your skin from the sun while traveling. Also, consider lip balm with SPF in it.
